This comfort food classic is perfect to warm the chilly nights. Ready to enjoy in just a few minutes, this braised meat dish is made with first quality beef and fingerling potatoes in a red wine & shallot sauce.
Preparation
Cooking times may vary depending on the appliance used.
If frozen, thaw in refrigerator before heating.
Conventional oven
Preheat oven to 205 °C (400 °F). Pour contents of bag into a baking dish, cover and heat for approximately 30 minutes. Serve.
Boiling water
Place bag in a properly sized pot and cover with cold water. Bring water to a low boil and heat for approximately 25 minutes. Remove contents from bag and serve. Caution: contents will be hot!
Microwave oven
Using scissors, cut a 1 centimeter slit in the bag. Place bag in a microwave-safe dish and heat on high power for 4 minutes. Remove contents from bag and serve. Caution: contents will be hot!
Storage & Handling
Keep refrigerated.
Can be frozen.
If product is frozen, thaw in refrigerator before heating.
