Our generous braised pork shank covered in a sweet rib-style barbecue sauce will impress everyone around the barbecue or the table! 

  

Preparation

Cooking times may vary depending on the appliance used.
If frozen, thaw in refrigerator before heating.

For Best Results

Place bag in a properly sized pot and cover with cold water. Bring water to a low boil and heat for approximately 15 minutes. Open bag and pour contents into the provided plate. Caution: contents will be hot! Place in oven for 25 minutes (205 °C / 400 °F). Serve.

Barbecue

Preheat barbecue to medium heat. Remove pork shank from plastic bag keeping the sauce for basting the meat. Place shank on grill and heat for 25 minutes, basting occasionally with the sauce. Turn a few times during heating. Serve.

Storage & Handling

Keep refrigerated.
Can be frozen.
