Our generous braised pork shank covered in a sweet rib-style barbecue sauce will impress everyone around the barbecue or the table!

Preheat barbecue to medium heat. Remove pork shank from plastic bag keeping the sauce for basting the meat. Place shank on grill and heat for 25 minutes, basting occasionally with the sauce. Turn a few times during heating. Serve.
