Our chefs have concocted this traditional French classic by stewing together brown and green lentils with pork sausage, pieces of bacon and carrots. Slowly cooked in a white wine sauce with a touch of cream, this comforting dish can be enjoyed on any occasion.

If frozen, thaw in refrigerator before heating.
Place bag in a properly sized pot and cover with cold water. Bring water to a low boil and heat for approximately 15 minutes. Remove contents from bag and serve. Caution: contents will be hot!
Pour contents of bag into a frying pan, cover and heat over medium-high heat for approximately 20 minutes. Serve.
Can be frozen.
