Here's our version of this classic Italian comfort food. Our tender pork shanks are slowly cooked in a tomato sauce seasoned with herbs and a touch of white wine.
Cooking times may vary depending on the appliance used.
If frozen, thaw in refrigerator before heating.
Preheat oven to 205 °C (400 °F). Pour contents of bag into the provided plate, cover with aluminium foil and heat for approximately 30 minutes. Serve.
Pour contents of bag into a frying pan and cover. Heat over medium-high heat for approximately 15 minutes and serve.
Place bag in a properly sized pot and cover with cold water. Bring water to a low boil and heat for approximately 15 minutes. Remove contents from bag and serve. Caution: contents will be hot!
Can be frozen.
