Quick and easy to prepare in the oven or on the barbecue, our confit half duck is a great gourmet option for your weekends at the cottage, romantic dinners or trips to the hunting camp. Every one can choose its favorite piece: the leg, the breast, the wing... or a little bit of everything!

If frozen, thaw in refrigerator before heating.
Preheat oven to 190 °C (375 °F). Pour contents of bag into a baking dish, cover and heat for approximately 30 minutes. For golden-brown and crispy skin, remove cover and continue cooking under the broiler for 5 minutes. Serve.
Preheat barbecue to medium heat. Remove half duck from plastic bag and place on grill, on an aluminium foil sheet, skin-side up. Close lid. Heat for approximately 20 minutes and serve.
Can be frozen.
