Here's a different and original way to enjoy the traditional chicken legs. You will love the tender, juicy and tasty meat of our perfectly seasoned confit chicken legs.
Preparation
Cooking times may vary depending on the appliance used.
If frozen, thaw in refrigerator before heating.
Conventional oven
Preheat oven to 205 °C (400 °F). Pour contents of bag on a baking sheet and place in oven, on middle rack. Heat for approximately 15 minutes or until skin is golden-brown and crispy. Serve.
Barbecue
Preheat barbecue to medium heat. Remove chicken legs from plastic bag and place on grill, on an aluminium foil sheet, skin-side up. Close lid. Heat for approximately 15 minutes and serve.
Microwave oven
To serve warm on a salad: Using scissors, cut a slit in the bag. Place bag in a microwave-safe dish and heat on high power for 5 minutes. Remove content from bag and serve.
Storage & Handling
Keep refrigerated.
Can be frozen.
