Have a taste of summer today with this flavourful pizza topped with mushrooms, artichoke hearts, baby spinach, green bell peppers and bruschetta. Its thin and crispy crust is baked in a wood-fired oven, giving it a distinctive old-world flavour.

Conventional oven

Preheat oven to 230 °C (450 °F). Remove pizza from plastic wrapping and place in oven on bottom rack. Cook for 12-14 minutes and serve.


Preheat barbecue to high heat, and then turn off heat on one side. Remove pizza from plastic wrapping and place on grill, over the unlit burner. Close the barbecue lid and cook for 10-12 minutes. Serve.

Storage & Handling

Keep frozen.
