This fine pizza is covered with a Mascarpone sauce made with Grand Duc cream cheese and topped with smoked ham, marinated mushrooms, chives and a tasty mozzarella & brick cheese blend. Its thin and crispy crust is baked in a wood-fired oven, giving it a distinctive old-world flavour.

Conventional oven
Preheat oven to 230 °C (450 °F). Remove pizza from plastic wrapping and place in oven on bottom rack. Cook for 12-14 minutes and serve.
Barbecue
Preheat barbecue to high heat, and then turn off heat on one side. Remove pizza from plastic wrapping and place on grill, over the unlit burner. Close the barbecue lid and cook for 10-12 minutes. Serve.
Storage & Handling
Keep frozen.
