Made with wild boar, duck and deer meat seasoned with herbs and a touch of white wine, our fully cooked game sausages are the perfect addition to your charcuterie boards and raclette dinners.
Preparation
Cooking times may vary depending on the appliance used.
If frozen, thaw in refrigerator before heating.
Heat in frying pan or on barbecue.
Barbecue
Remove sausages from plastic bag and place on grill. Heat over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes, turning a few times.
Frying pan
Remove sausages from plastic bag and place in frying pan. Heat over medium heat for approximately 15 minutes in frying pan, turning a few times.
Conventional oven
Place oven rack in middle position. Preheat oven to 205 °C (400 °F). Remove sausages from plastic bag and place in a baking dish. Heat for approximately 10 minutes. Turn halfway through heating.
Boiling water
Remove sausages from plastic bag. Bring water to a boil, then turn off heat. Place the sausages in hot water and heat for approximately 8 minutes.
Storage & Handling
Keep refrigerated.
Can be frozen.
