Preparation
Cooking times may vary depending on the appliance used.
Conventional oven
Preheat oven to 190 °C (375 °F). Remove gratin from plastic wrapping and place in oven on middle rack. Heat for 25 minutes, or to your liking.
IF THE GRATIN IS FROZEN: Do not thaw it before heating. Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Remove gratin from plastic wrapping and place in oven on middle rack. Heat for 40 minutes, or to your liking.
Microwave oven
Remove the gratin from the plastic wrapping and place in the center of the microwave's turntable. The plate must not, under any circumstances, touch the walls of the oven. Heat one plate at a time. Heat on maximum power for 3 to 4 minutes or until desired doneness. It is important that the gratin is whole. Our aluminum plates can be used safely in the microwave oven.
Barbecue
Preheat barbecue by lighting one burner only. Remove gratin from plastic wrapping and place over the unlit burner. Close the barbecue lid and heat for 15 minutes, or to your liking.
Storage & Handling
Keep refrigerated.
Can be frozen.
