Our Beef Bourguignon with carrots and mushrooms is slow-cooked in a Burgundy Pinot Noir. With its elegant red fruit aromas and balanced structure, this wine imbues the dish with rich, comforting flavors, reminiscent of good home cooking.
Preparation
Cooking times may vary depending on the appliance used.
If frozen, thaw in refrigerator before heating.
Place bag in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring water to a low boil and heat for approximately 15 minutes. Open bag and pour contents into a baking dish. Caution: contents will be hot! Place in oven for 12 minutes (220°C / 425°F). Serve.
Conventional oven
Open bag and pour contents into a baking dish. Place in oven for 20 minutes (220°C / 425°F). Serve.
