If frozen, thaw in refrigerator before heating.
Preheat oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Remove duck magret from plastic bag and place on a baking sheet, skin-side up. Heat for approximately 15 minutes and serve.
Remove duck magret from plastic bag and place in a frying pan, skin-side down. Heat over medium-high heat for approximately 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Serve.
