This quiche will surely delight true cheese lovers! Its egg mixture is full of Parmegiano Reggiano, Gruyere, Swiss, brick and mozzarella cheese, all on a golden-brown and flaky pastry crust.
Cooking times may vary depending on the appliance used.
Preheat oven to 190 °C (375 °F). Remove quiche from plastic wrapping and place in oven. Heat for 25 minutes, or to your liking.
IF THE QUICHE IS FROZEN: Do not thaw it before heating. Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Remove quiche from plastic wrapping and place in oven. Heat for 40 minutes, or to your liking.
Remove quiche from plastic wrapping and heat on high power for 2 to 3 minutes, or to your liking. Our aluminium pie pans are microwave safe.
Preheat barbecue by lighting one burner only. Remove quiche from plastic wrapping and place over the unlit burner. Close the barbecue lid and heat for 15 minutes, or to your liking.
Can be frozen.
