Quiches Ham & asparagus quiche 575 g

While being simply delicious, this quiche is a good source of iron and calcium. It is made with old-fashioned ham, asparagus and a delicious 3-cheese blend in an egg mixture, all on a golden-brown and flaky pastry crust. 

Preparation

Cooking times may vary depending on the appliance used.

For Best Results

Heat in conventional oven. 

Conventional oven

Preheat oven to 190 °C (375 °F). Remove quiche from plastic wrapping and place in oven. Heat for 25 minutes, or to your liking.

IF THE QUICHE IS FROZEN: Do not thaw it before heating. Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Remove quiche from plastic wrapping and place in oven. Heat for 40 minutes, or to your liking.

Microwave oven

Remove the quiche from the plastic wrapping and place in the center of the microwave's turntable. The plate must not, under any circumstances, touch the walls of the oven. Heat one plate at a time. Heat on maximum power for 3 to 4 minutes or until desired doneness. It is important that the quiche is whole. Our aluminium plates can be used safely in the microwave oven.

Barbecue

Preheat barbecue by lighting one burner only. Remove quiche from plastic wrapping and place over the unlit burner. Close the barbecue lid and heat for 15 minutes, or to your liking.

Storage & Handling

Keep refrigerated.
Can be frozen.
