Inspired by traditional chili con carne, our vegan version features soy protein instead of meat, along with an exquisite blend of kidney beans, lentils, corn, sweet peppers, onions, garlic, tomato sauce and spices. Simmered to perfection, this dish is flavourful, hearty and comforting.
If frozen, thaw in refrigerator before heating.
In boiling water
Place bag in a properly sized pot and cover with cold water. Bring water to a low boil and heat for 15 minutes. Remove contents from bag and serve. Caution: contents will be hot.
Au four à micro-ondes
Pour contents into a microwave-safe dish. To prevent splashing, place a paper towel on top of dish without making contact with the chili. Heat on high power for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir halfway through heating.
Cooking time may vary depending on microwave oven.
Can be frozen.
