This tasty salmon gratin is one of the last recipes of our chefs. A complete and comforting meal, made of a creamy mixture of wild Pacific salmon chunk, broccoli and Swiss cheese. Enjoy on busy weekdays, or not!
Cooking times may vary depending on the appliance used.
Do not thaw before heating.
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Remove frozen gratin from plastic wrapping and place in oven on middle rack. Heat for 60 minutes or to desired temperature. For best results, let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Preheat barbecue by lighting one burner only. Remove gratin from plastic wrapping and place over the unlit burner. Close the barbecue lid and heat for 50 minutes, or to your liking.
Filling: Water, Pacific pink salmon (water, sodium phosphate), Swiss cheese, Broccoli, Canola oil, Enriched flour, Modified corn starch, Skimmed milk powder, Onions, Mono and diglycerides, Salt, Sugar, Spices.
Pastry: Unbleached wheat flour, Modified palm oil, Canola oil, Water, Sugar (dextrose, sugar), Salt, Vinegar, Butter, Liquid whole egg (for a golden crust), Flavour, Calcium propionate.
