This organic mushroom pizza has a certain je ne sais quoi. It is covered with our tasty tomato sauce, gouda cheese and marinated oyster mushrooms. Its thin and crispy crust is stone baked and made with olive oil and black chia seeds, for a unique taste.

Do not thaw before cooking.
Conventional oven
Preheat oven to 230 °C (450 °F). Remove pizza from plastic wrapping and place in oven on bottom rack. Cook for 12-14 minutes and serve.
Barbecue
Preheat barbecue to high heat, and then turn off heat on one side. Remove pizza from plastic wrapping and place on grill, over the unlit burner. Close the barbecue lid and cook for 10-12 minutes. Serve.
Storage & Handling
Keep frozen.
