Our St-Louis style ribs are generous, flavorful and smothered in a slightly spicy and fruity barbecue sauce that recalls authentic Southern American BBQ. They are perfect for a quick family dinner, game nights with friends, or festive summer barbecues.

If frozen, thaw in refrigerator before heating.
Preheat oven to 205 °C (400 °F). Pour contents of bag on a baking sheet, cover ribs with sauce, and cover with aluminium foil. Heat for 25-30 minutes and serve.
Preheat barbecue to high heat. Remove ribs from plastic bag keeping the sauce for basting the ribs. Place ribs on grill and heat for 15 minutes, basting occasionally with the sauce. Turn after approximately 8 minutes.
Can be frozen.
