Perfect for your brunches and gourmet dinners, this refined quiche is made with a filling of smoked lardons and aged cheddar cheese in an egg & cream mixture, all on a golden-brown and flaky pastry crust.
Cooking times may vary depending on the appliance used.
Preheat oven to 190 °C (375 °F). Remove quiche from plastic wrapping and place in oven. Heat for 25 minutes, or to your liking.
IF THE QUICHE IS FROZEN: Do not thaw it before heating. Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Remove quiche from plastic wrapping and place in oven. Heat for 40 minutes, or to your liking.
Remove the quiche from the plastic wrapping and place in the center of the microwave's turntable. The plate must not, under any circumstances, touch the walls of the oven. Heat one plate at a time. Heat on maximum power for 3 to 4 minutes or until desired doneness. It is important that the quiche is whole. Our aluminium plates can be used safely in the microwave oven.
Preheat barbecue by lighting one burner only. Remove quiche from plastic wrapping and place over the unlit burner. Close the barbecue lid and heat for 15 minutes, or to your liking.
Can be frozen.
If the quiche is frozen, do not thaw it before heating. Please refer to the instructions above for more details.
